Residence Rosa

You can choose between 24 mini-apartments (almost all with balconies), one and two-room apartments, with 2 up to 5 beds, equipped with every comfort: kitchenette complete with dishes and utensils, fridge, water, electricity and gas consumption, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, linen included (sheets, towels and tablecloths), lcd TV, direct telephone line, lift, private parking on site, free bicycles, beach in agreement with some beach establishments a few steps from the residence. Alternatively, it is also possible to request the B&B formula , with buffet breakfast every morning.

Next to the Residence is our Depandance, with rooms with 2 to 4 beds with private facilities, direct telephone, LCD TV and balcony. Buffet breakfast is included.

Reception, lounge, TV room, bar, free Wi-Fi in all apartments . Everything is modernly furnished and equipped with the necessary accessories.

All our customers can use the bar inside the structure with a cafeteria, fresh drinks, aperitifs and digestives, available all day. Furthermore, there is the possibility of using the bicycles provided by the Residence, without forgetting the free Wi-Fi in all our rooms / apartments.

Finally, for all our customers, conventions and discounts are available for the beaches and restaurants in the area.
